Taylor Swift continues to be everywhere.
After spending the weekend in Kansas City, Swift was spotted in the West Village today alongside director Shawn Levy. The appearance comes on the eve of the release of 1989 (Taylor’s Version), her fourth rerecording, and as her Eras Tour concert film continues to play in theaters. Plus, her song “Cruel Summer” off Lover recently hit number 1, becoming her 10th no. 1 hit of her career.
“The 1989 album changed my life in countless ways, and it fills me with such excitement to announce that my version of it will be out October 27th,” she wrote in her announcement post. “To be perfectly honest, this is my most FAVORITE re-record I’ve ever done because the 5 From The Vault tracks are so insane. I can’t believe they were ever left behind. But not for long!”
Ahead of the drop of the album, Swift was pictured in New York City, photographed wearing an oversized Rugby shirt by Stella McCartney, her go-to Ralph Lauren baseball cap, and carrying a Tod’s crossbody bag. (She’s been on somewhat of an autumnal style streak in recent weeks, including the houndstooth coat she wore on a date night with Travis Kelce in the city.) However, her cognac heeled boots are clearly the star of her outfit today.
They appear to be a pair of Prada boots from her closet (she was last spotted in them in the original 1989 era). As they’re no longer being made, here’s where you can shop boots just like the ones Swift is wearing:
If you’re in search of an outfit to wear to the Eras Tour movie, or perhaps a holiday gift for the Swiftie in your life, a pair of cognac boots may be the answer.
